Depending on your needs and expectations, we will propose a general deployment road-map to implement our system. It can include different phases such as, a specific demonstration, a trial version and the main milestones to implement GenSYS on your company.

The Project Management and Deployment Teams are designed according to each project specification and company requirements. Our teams are comprised of interdisciplinary experts with assets from both organizations.  To ensure the desired outcome teams must combine knowledge from different areas, such as manufacturing, planning, logistics, IT, management, etc.

Key Requirement Analysis

Aligning expectation since the beginning is key to success . To provide you the best deployment and follow-up activities, our deployment team will perform a key requirement analysis on our shop floor. Ensuring the project goals are achieved, by proposing a detailed implementation roadmap.

One of the main objectives of the deployment project is to ensure users will be autonomous and able to adapt the system to new products, new equipment or organizational processes. Even so, we will always be at your side. 

The training program is divided into three main activities:

  • Elementary Concepts Training of Production Planning and Control – at the begging of deployment project to align some concepts and terminology.
  • Key Users Training – Intensive training course about GenSYS modules, applications and functionalities.
  • General Training Assistance (Work Users) – Support and training of the shop floor work users (operators, warehouses manager, milkruns, etc.)

Implementing GenSYS is implementing a new work paradigm. The deployment teams are responsible for the operational issues and general management of the project – according to the implementation road map previously approved by both administrations. It may include different phases such us, a minilab, a prototype or, the follow-up of the deployment activities on your shop floor. Typically, it takes from 6 to 9 months.
